In a mysterious and surreal limbo somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. Elementary school students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and attempt to steal it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists through the monuments and historical sites of Winnipeg. Matthew quits his pointless job in a Quebec government agency and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities mix, intertwine and fade away in a surreal comedy of misdirection.
